Project Manager

Job Summary:

Our client in the USA is looking for a Project Manager. This is a contract position.

What You Will Do:

The Organizational Change Manager plays a crucial role in driving and managing change within the organization. This role will be part of the Employee Messaging & Services and will report to the Manager, Employee Messaging & Services. The Organizational Change Manager will collaborate closely with the business stakeholders, cross-functional teams, vendors, and solution partners to ensure smooth and successful implementation of change initiatives.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Develop and implement change management strategies and plans to support organizational initiatives and Google Workspace initiatives.
  • Identify potential risks and obstacles to change and develop strategies to mitigate them.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective communication during change implementation.
  • Conduct impact assessments and stakeholder analyses to identify the individuals and groups affected by change initiatives.
  • Develop and deliver training programs and resources to build change management capabilities within the organization.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of change management initiatives and make necessary adjustments as needed.
  • Own and manage the engagement with users affected by organizational change to nurture adoption.

Success Metrics:

  • Successful implementation of change initiatives within agreed timelines and budgets.
  • High levels of employee engagement and adoption of change initiatives.
  • Positive feedback from stakeholders on the effectiveness of change management strategies and plans.

What You Will Need:

Basics:

  • Bachelor's degree in organizational psychology, business administration, communications, or a related field.
  • 5 years of experience in change management or a related role.
  • Strong knowledge of change management principles, methodologies, and best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify potential risks and develop appropriate solutions.
