We are currently searching for a Business Analyst - Finance:

Responsibilities:

• Conduct business analysis and support processes within financial institutions, focusing on private equity and LP reporting requirements.
• Utilize advanced Excel skills for data analysis and reporting.
• Perform detailed-oriented tasks with high accuracy and diligence.
• Collaborate effectively across diverse teams, communicating business needs clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Maintain a strong commitment to customer service and confidentiality.
• Apply understanding of Agile methodologies and project management concepts.

Requirements:

• Experience as a Business Analyst in financial institutions.
• Advanced skills in Excel and a basic understanding of SQL.
• Knowledge of the private equity industry and LP reporting.
• Strong organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and balance multiple tasks.

Languages:

• Advanced Oral English.
• Native Spanish.
