We are currently searching for a Chaos Engineering Subject Matter Expert (SME):

Responsibilities:

• Advocate for and implement chaos engineering practices to ensure system reliability and resilience.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, execute, and analyze chaos experiments.
• Develop frameworks and tools to integrate chaos engineering into CI/CD pipelines.
• Provide expertise in diagnosing system vulnerabilities and improving fault tolerance.
• Conduct training and workshops to promote chaos engineering methodologies.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in reliability engineering or chaos engineering.
• Strong understanding of distributed systems, cloud platforms, and microservices architecture.
• Proficiency in tools such as Gremlin, Chaos Monkey, or LitmusChaos.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

Desired:

• Relevant certifications in reliability engineering or chaos engineering practices.
• Experience in automating chaos experiments.

Languages

• Advanced Oral English.
• Native Spanish.
