We are currently searching for a Data Migration Consultant:

Responsibilities:

• Implement and develop customer deliverables independently using Syniti methodology and tools that meet or exceed customer requirements.
• Develop and test all technical solutions per functional specifications and conduct user training as needed.
• Demonstrate a strong understanding of Syniti’s Data Migration / Data Governance methodology.
• Show strong proficiency in Syniti’s tools, working to prescribed development standards.
• Understand business processes for assigned functional areas.
• Provide expert-level business analysis on SAP modules: FI, CO, MM, SD, PM, PP, and PS.
• Create and maintain SAP Data Migration plans.
• Perform SAP Data Extraction, Transform, and Load (ETL).
• Demonstrate strong knowledge of underlying technical data structures and definitions of the assigned functional process area.
• Develop data migration / governance rules in Syniti’s tools as per supplied specifications.
• Contribute to integrated data migration design for assigned process area through data analysis.
• Design, create, and execute reports in alignment with project deliverables.
• Create and maintain data load programs.
• Maintain related documentation.
• Execute end-to-end data loads and reconciliations.
• Support and mentor junior colleagues.

Qualifications:

• Degree level qualification in Computer Science or another technology-related field.
• 5+ years of ERP techno-functional or functional experience, preferably with SAP.
• Experience in ETL, Data Migration, Data Quality, and Data Analysis.
• Proficient in data quality analysis, statistical analysis, and/or modeling.
• Experience mining and analyzing transactional electronic data.
• Proficient in DSP, SAP Data Service, SAP Information Steward, or other Data Migration tools.
• Proficient in MS SQL (query skills, table structure, and relational databases).
• Functional ERP (SAP) experience.
• Experience with multiple ERP implementations.
• Experience with T-SQL.
• Database experience with SQL Server, Oracle, etc.
• Proven experience effectively prioritizing workload to meet deadlines and work objectives.
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Access).

Languages

• Advanced Oral English (Mandatory).
• Native Spanish.
