We are currently searching for a Database Architect:

Responsibilities:

• Design and implement efficient database architectures that align with business requirements.
• Adapt quickly to understanding existing database schemas, including tables, relationships, stored procedures, and data types.
• Create comprehensive documentation of current database setups, including schema designs, data flows, process flows, and architectural diagrams.
• Develop, optimize, and maintain stored procedures, triggers, and functions.
• Collaborate with application developers to create database solutions that enhance application performance.
• Implement CI/CD pipelines to automate the deployment of SQL changes and ensure consistent database environments.
• Perform database modeling, data mapping, and data migration.
• Monitor database performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement necessary improvements.
• Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance with industry standards.
• Document database designs, procedures, and best practices for development and operational teams.
• Stay current with emerging database technologies and trends to inform strategic decisions.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to junior database team members.

Requirements:

• Strong background in database design, development, and management.
• Proficient in stored procedures, database architecture, and CI/CD pipeline integration for database changes.
• Experience with database modeling, data mapping, and migrations.
• Expertise in monitoring and optimizing database performance.
• Excellent documentation skills, including schema designs, process flows, and architectural diagrams.
• Familiarity with industry standards for data security and compliance.

• Advanced Oral English.
• Native Spanish.
