We are currently searching for a Delivery and Client Management:

Responsibilities:

• Manage teams of at least 10 members, ensuring successful project delivery.
• Utilize technical expertise in iOS, Swift, Objective-C, Core Animation, and popular third-party tools to guide development.
• Leverage project management skills, including risk management, team direction, and advising, to achieve delivery milestones.
• Maintain effective communication with clients to manage expectations and negotiate timelines.
• Apply domain knowledge in banking to support project-specific requirements.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years of team management experience with teams of 10+ members.
• Technical expertise in iOS, Swift, Objective-C, Core Animation, and popular third-party tools.
• At least 2 years of experience in the banking domain.
• Strong project management skills, including risk identification, mitigation planning, and delivery oversight.
• Proven ability to manage client relationships and ensure alignment with delivery goals.

Desired:

• Experience identifying risks and building mitigation plans.
• Proficiency in resolving conflicts within teams and between stakeholders.
• Ability to review and understand both business and technical design documents.
• Strong communication and networking skills.

Languages:

• Intermediate to Fluent English.
• Native Spanish.
