We are currently searching for a ETL Python Developer:

Responsibilities:

• Design and implement ETL workflows to extract, transform, and load data from various source systems into target databases or data warehousing solutions.
• Develop, optimize, and maintain Python scripts and ETL processes to support data migration and integration initiatives.
• Conduct thorough data analysis and profiling to understand data quality and characteristics before migration.
• Collaborate with data architects, analysts, and business stakeholders to define data migration requirements and establish best practices.
• Perform data validation and reconciliation to ensure data integrity and consistency during migrations.
• Troubleshoot and resolve data migration issues, ensuring minimal downtime and impact on business operations.
• Automate data migration tasks and workflows using Python and relevant ETL tools.
• Document ETL processes, data flows, and data migration procedures to ensure transparency and reproducibility.
• Monitor ETL processes and performance, making necessary adjustments to improve efficiency and reliability.
• Participate in code reviews, testing, and deployment processes to ensure quality and robustness of ETL solutions.

Requirements:

• Strong expertise in designing and maintaining ETL pipelines.
• Proficiency in Python for data manipulation and automation.
• Experience with data migration processes and ensuring data integrity.
• Solid understanding of data validation and reconciliation techniques.
• Knowledge of relevant ETL tools and frameworks.

Desired:

• Familiarity with data warehousing concepts and relational database management.
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams to support data-driven projects.

Languages

• Advanced Oral English.
• Native Spanish.
