We are currently searching for a Firewall Support Engineer:

Responsibilities

• Design and support the enterprise network, focusing on WAN infrastructure.
• Research and recommend updated networking techniques and processes.
• Manage projects as required and provide regular status updates to management.
• Ensure all work meets customer satisfaction standards and requirements.
• Adhere to all relevant policies, procedures, and safety regulations.
• Perform related duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in computer sciences, or similar fields, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Minimum of 8 years of directly related and progressively responsible experience.
• Advanced Level 3 expertise in Palo Alto and NSX-T Firewall.
• Detailed knowledge of applicable computer applications and experience with Cisco Routers and Velocloud SD-WAN.
• Expertise in WAN and SD-WAN infrastructure and end-to-end understanding of network infrastructure.
• Experience with bandwidth shaping, traffic control, and security firewall management.
• Proficiency in encryption, decryption, and FRP (Full-disk Encryption).
