Responsibilities
- Manage IT projects and programs. (Core function)
- Interact with portfolio-level management. (Key interaction level)

- Utilize project management tools such as Microsoft Project, MS Project Online, PowerPoint, Visio, SharePoint, and Power BI. (Specific technical skill)
- Directly apply both Waterfall and Agile project management processes and methodologies. (Essential methodological knowledge)
- Demonstrate analytical problem-solving and decision-making skills. (Critical thinking skill)
- Exercise advanced judgment in risk identification and mitigation. (Key responsibility)
- Deliver effective training, coaching, and mentoring on Project Management and Agile practices. (Leadership and development skill)
