We are currently searching for a Sealing & LASD Specialist:

Responsibilities:

• Oversee and optimize the application processes of sealing and Liquid Applied Sound Deadener (LASD) materials within a vehicle manufacturing plant.
• Provide technical expertise and support to production teams to troubleshoot and resolve issues related to sealing and LASD applications.
• Collaborate with engineering, production, and quality assurance teams to identify areas for improvement in sealing and LASD applications.
• Conduct regular audits and inspections of sealing and LASD processes to ensure compliance with industry standards and internal quality benchmarks.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Chemical Technology, Paint Technology, or equivalent.
• In-depth knowledge of Paint Shop processes, including sealing, painting, and waxing automation.
• Expertise in interior and exterior sealing, underbody (UB) sealing and spray, hemflange sealing, roof ditch sealing, and rocker panel sealing.
• Strong collaboration and troubleshooting skills to work with cross-functional teams effectively.

Languages

• Advanced Oral English.
• Native Spanish.
