We are currently searching for a M365 Solutions Engineer:

Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support and implementation for enterprise communication platforms, including Microsoft Teams, Zoom, and Webex.
• Manage and optimize videoconferencing and telepresence solutions, utilizing tools like TMS and Pexip.
• Support live events and webinars, including planning and technical logistics for platforms such as Teams Townhall and Zoom.
• Implement, secure, and manage Microsoft 365 productivity applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Whiteboard, etc.), ensuring seamless user experiences.
• Deploy and configure digital signage solutions like Appspace.
• Explore and implement generative AI solutions, including Microsoft Copilot and Azure AI.
• Develop automation workflows using low-code/no-code platforms such as Power Automate.
• Support mixed, augmented, and virtual reality solutions, including content creation for Microsoft Hololens, Guides, and Remote Assist platforms.

Requirements:

• Advanced technical proficiency in unified communication platforms like Microsoft Teams, Zoom, and Webex.
• Advanced knowledge of videoconferencing and telepresence technologies.
• Experience with live event and webinar platforms.
• Proficiency in Microsoft 365 productivity tools.
• Familiarity with digital signage solutions.
• Experience with generative AI platforms.
• Skills in low-code automation tools.
• Experience with mixed and augmented reality systems.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and technical documentation abilities.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate in dynamic environments with cross-functional stakeholders.
• Experience with enterprise-level technology implementations.
