We are currently searching for a Project Manager - CRM:

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and manage various project activities related to the architecture, design, coding, testing, and deployment of applications built on the Microsoft Dynamics 365 platform.
• Oversee task delivery for infrastructure service solutions, including network connectivity, server builds, storage, performance, and infrastructure health monitoring.
• Collaborate with delivery teams for test environment management, production release, performance testing, and capacity planning.
• Lead client-facing meetings and provide technical guidance throughout the project lifecycle.
• Manage end-to-end project tasks, including project status reporting, risk tracking, scope management, financial KPIs, and relationship management.
• Present project status updates to the C-suite and PMO.
• Organize and lead technical team meetings to track project progress and address any project challenges.
• Communicate technical issues impacting project timelines to clients, and involve management as needed.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, CIS, or related field.
• Minimum of 6 years of experience in Project Management.
• Experience with implementation or migration of CRM or ERP projects.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics 365, Office 365, and Power BI.

Languages

• Advanced Oral English.
• Native Spanish.
