We are currently searching for a Project Manager:

Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end project lifecycle management, includingtimelines, budgets, resource allocation, and risk mitigation.
• Develop comprehensive project plansand ensure adherence to scope, schedule, and financial constraints.
• Translate client requirementsinto technical specifications byaligning business capabilities with technology solutions.
• Collaborate with technical teamsto designsystem architecturesand configure solutions.
• Manage project migrations(e.g., tool-to-tool transitions) and overseequality assurancefor deliverables.
• Facilitate stakeholder communication, providing regular updates to senior management and clients.
• Implement change management processesand drivepost-project evaluationsfor continuous improvement.

Requirements:

• 8+ years of experienceinIT project managementwith a focus on business systems.
• Proven expertise inproject planning tools(e.g., MS Project, Jira) andmethodologies(Agile, Waterfall).
• Strong business analysis skillsto translate macro-level client needs into actionable technical requirements.
• Experience insystem architecture designandcross-functional team leadership.
• Project migration experience(e.g., transitioning systems/tools).
• Excellentstakeholder managementandcommunication skills.
