We are currently searching for a React Lead Developer:

Responsibilities:

• Lead the development of front-end applications using React, ensuring high-quality code and performance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement scalable and responsive web solutions.
• Utilize JavaScript, TypeScript, and frameworks such as React, Angular, and NodeJS to create efficient applications.
• Oversee and contribute to the development of responsive UI/UX designs using HTML5, CSS3, LESS/SASS, and related tools.
• Leverage tools like Webpack or Vite to optimize application performance.
• Design and implement APIs using GraphQL.
• Drive technical discussions, code reviews, and mentor team members to maintain best practices and high standards.
• Ensure solutions are designed for large-scale, high-volume systems and meet performance and scalability requirements.

Requirements:

• 6-10 years of experience in front-end development, with at least 3-4 years in a leadership role.
• Expertise in React and proficiency with JavaScript, TypeScript, and modern front-end frameworks.
• Strong experience in NodeJS and responsive UI development.
• Advanced knowledge of Webpack, Vite, and GraphQL.
• Proven experience in developing distributed, scalable, and high-volume systems.
• Strong communication and team collaboration skills.

• Native Spanish.
