We are currently searching for a Business Intelligence Lead:

Responsibilities:

• Lead the creation of reports and dashboards using Power BI.
• Optimize direct query modes on databases, PBI, and DAX.
• Maintain and administer PBI workspaces, including security and gateways.
• Translate technical solutions into business value for customers.

Requirements:

• 8-10 years in the IT industry.
• 4-5 years of experience in Power BI report and dashboard creation.
• Proficiency in SQL, DAX, and Power Query M language.
• Knowledge of SSAS, Azure Analysis Services, and Power BI Premium Gen 2.
• Experience with different connectivity modes and CI/CD.
• Strong leadership and technical problem-solving skills.
• English proficiency, both verbal and written.
• Experience in delivering end-to-end solutions and acting as a Tech Lead.

Desired:

• Knowledge of Microsoft Azure platform, Power Platform, and other BI tools (Looker, Tableau).
• Experience in leading BI Developer teams.
• Familiarity with databases like MS SQL, Oracle, or similar.
• Experience with international teams and agile methodologies.
• Experience creating E2E BI solutions using big data sets.

• Advanced Oral English.
• Native Spanish.
