We are currently searching for a Remote ETL Developer (SSIS + PL/SQL):

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain ETL processes using SSIS.
• Write complex SQL and PL/SQL code.
• Design and implement ETL solutions, including database objects like stored procedures.
• Analyze requirements and propose ETL designs.
• Manage and coordinate tasks with offshore teams, track deliverables, and serve as the primary point of contact with customers.
• Handle team priorities, status, and backlog using tools like Jira.
• Apply Agile methodologies in project management.
• Communicate clearly and fluently with stakeholders.

Requirements:

• 7-9 years of IT experience in data or ETL fields, specifically with SSIS.
• Strong understanding of core Data Warehousing concepts.
• Proficiency in writing complex SQL and PL/SQL code.
• Solid ETL development skills using SSIS.
• Team handling experience of at least 3-4 years.
• Experience in coordinating with offshore teams and managing deliverables.
• Familiarity with Jira for task management.
• Experience with Agile methodologies.
• Knowledge of the insurance domain.

Desired:

• Data modeling skills and experience in data profiling.

Languages

• Advanced Oral English.
• Native Spanish.
