We are currently searching for an SAP FICO ERP Lead:

Responsibilities:

• Lead requirements-gathering sessions with business users to understand operational needs.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to map detailed business processes.
• Design SAP FICO solutions that align with business requirements while staying within standard SAP functionality.
• Configure SAP FICO modules, ensuring proper integration with other business areas such as Order to Cash (OTC), Procure to Pay (P2P), and Supply Chain.
• Provide multiple design options and explain trade-offs to stakeholders.
• Write detailed functional specifications for system changes or enhancements.
• Support the development of test scripts and assist business users during testing phases.

Requirements:

• 8+ years of experience in SAP FICO (Financial Accounting and Controlling).
• Functional and technical expertise in FI and CO modules, including GL, AP, AR, Credit Management, Intercompany Sales, Fixed Assets, Standard Costing, and COPA.
• Strong understanding of end-to-end business processes and system integration.
• Proven ability to communicate effectively with business users and technical teams.
• Experience writing clear functional documentation and test plans.

Languages:

• Advanced Oral English.
• Native Spanish.
