We are currently searching for a Scrum Master and Project Manager:

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage cloud migration and transformation projects.
• Facilitate Agile practices and ensure the Scrum framework is followed.
• Plan and oversee project timelines, deliverables, and resources.
• Identify and mitigate project risks while ensuring stakeholder communication and alignment.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver successful outcomes in cloud environments.

Requirements:

• +7 YoE.
• Proven experience as a Scrum Master and Project Manager, particularly in cloud migration and transformation projects.
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, risk management, and stakeholder communication.
• Basic knowledge of cloud platforms, containers, and Kubernetes.
• Experience with project management tools such as GitLab.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills.

Desired:

• Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent Agile certifications.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus.

Languages

• Advanced Oral English.
• Native Spanish.
