We are currently searching for a Salesforce Functional Consultant:

Responsibilities:

• Hands-on experience in Sales Cloud, DealCloud, and Service Cloud as a functional consultant.
• Gather and understand business requirements, including conducting requirement workshops.
• Conduct Fit-Gap analysis in Salesforce and provide work effort and duration estimations.
• Configure Salesforce for Sales and Service Cloud.
• Create requirement and functional design specifications, including use case creation and writing user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Assess the impacts on functional design due to changes in functional requirements.
• Provide functional support for scope Salesforce applications.
• Conduct 'Train the Trainer' sessions on in-scope Salesforce functionality for Customer Key Users.
• Provide daily status reports and the ability to work as a Scrum master.

Requirements:

• Hands-on experience in Sales Cloud, DealCloud, and Service Cloud as a functional consultant.
• Ability to gather and understand business requirements and conduct requirement workshops.
• Experience in conducting Fit-Gap analysis in Salesforce and providing work effort and duration estimations.
• Salesforce configuration experience for Sales and Service Cloud.
• Experience in creating requirement and functional design specifications, including writing user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Salesforce certification in Sales and service is a must.

Desired:

• Hands-on experience in Agile methodology.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Salesforce certification in Sales and service is preferred.

• Advanced Oral English.
• Native Spanish.
