We are currently searching for an SAP Expert:

Responsibilities:

• Manage SAP lifecycle events, including upgrades and updates.
• Oversee system performance, application security, and backup/recovery strategies.
• Implement performance tuning, system copies, high availability, and disaster recovery strategies.
• Conduct problem management and root cause analysis to address system issues effectively.
• Provide technical expertise in SAP technologies, including SAP NetWeaver, Business Objects, SAP HANA, and SAP Sybase ASE.
• Support and escalate management for SAP systems in Managed/Hosting services or Private/Public Cloud environments.
• Utilize SAP Cloud-Connector and S4, where applicable.
• Safeguard customer relationships with a strong focus on service delivery.

Requirements:

• 6+ years of professional experience in SAP Basis and related technologies.
• Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Engineering, or Information Technologies Management.
• Professional SAP BASIS certification.
• Hands-on experience with ABAP and NetWeaver JAVA.
• Familiarity with public cloud platforms such as Microsoft Azure, AWS, or GCP.
• Strong analytical and solution-oriented thinking.
• Excellent communication and networking skills.
• Proficiency in English at a professional level.

Desired:

• Knowledge of SAP Cloud-Connector and S4 products.

Languages

• Advanced Oral English.
• Native Spanish.
