We are currently searching for an SAP Project Manager:

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage SAP projects, ensuring delivery within scope, budget, and timelines.
• Develop and implement effective change management strategies to support business teams during transitions.
• Act as a liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders to ensure clear communication and alignment of project goals.
• Monitor project progress, identify risks, and develop mitigation plans to ensure successful delivery.
• Provide leadership and direction to cross-functional teams, fostering collaboration and efficiency.
• Ensure all project deliverables meet quality standards and business requirements.
• Prepare and present project updates, status reports, and other documentation to stakeholders.

Requirements:

• 10+ years of experience in project management, with a strong focus on SAP implementations.
• Expertise in change management, including planning and executing change initiatives.
• Proven ability to drive change and manage resistance within business teams.
• Strong organizational, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.

Languages:

• Advanced English.
• Portuguese fluency is mandatory.
• Native Spanish.
