We are currently searching for a Senior Automation Tester:

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute test strategies, plans, scenarios, and cases.
• Ensure compliance with Agile lifecycle and quality processes.
• Communicate effectively with business and client stakeholders.
• Utilize test tools like BDD, Selenium, or low-code automation tools.

Requirements

• +5 years of Information Technology experience.
• Good knowledge on Healthcare, Claims, Member and EDI compliance skills.
• +3 years of experience in test execution & reporting, testing lifecycle processes and test tools like GitHub, Rally, HP ALM, JIRA etc.
• +3 years in Claims, Member, Plan setup, and Provider systems.
• +3 years hands-on experience with BDD, Selenium, or similar automation tools.
• Proficiency in creating Test Strategy, Test Plan, Test scenarios, and Test cases.
• Knowledge of Agile lifecycle and ability to communicate in English.

Desired

• Experience in Agile and DevOps methodologies.
• Understanding of one or more Estimation methodologies.
• Knowledge of Quality processes.

Languages

• Advanced Oral English.
• Native Spanish.
