We are currently searching for a Service Desk/Field Engineer:
Responsibilities:
- Provide support for enterprise storage products and networking products.
- Deliver software, hardware, and networking support for desktops, laptops, and servers.
- Maintain and support legacy products as needed.
- Serve as team or site leader, providing direction to other technicians when required.
- Perform disk replacement on enterprise storage products.
- Install and maintain PCs, associated software, networks, servers, and peripherals.
- Support network products from operational and maintenance perspectives.
- Perform installations, moves, additions, and changes (IMAC) as required.
- Test and certify PCs, networks, servers, and client-approved applications.
- Provide follow-up and escalation for unresolved problems.
- Maintain professionalism in actions, demeanor, and dress.
- Ensure customer satisfaction throughout service delivery transactions.
- Meet client-specific Service Level Agreements and update tickets in the system accordingly.
Requirements:
- Proven experience providing enterprise-level hardware, software, and networking support.
- Familiarity with enterprise storage and server products.
- Ability to perform installations, maintenance, and troubleshooting for a variety of IT systems and peripherals.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- High degree of professionalism and customer service orientation.
Languages
- Advanced Oral English.
- Native Spanish.

- On-site role available in three locations: Monterrey, Nuevo León, Villahermosa, Tabasco or Ciudad del Carmen, Campeche.
