We are seeking aCreative Designerwith strong expertise inPowerPoint design and marketing content creation. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for visual storytelling, the ability to create compelling presentations, and experience in designing marketing materials that drive engagement.

Responsibilities:

• Administer and supportCitrix XenDesktop/XenApp 7x/2203,Citrix StoreFront,NetScalers, andVMware vSphereenvironments.
• Monitor and resolve incidents forVirtual Desktop Infrastructure (VDI), ensuring SLA/OLA compliance.
• PerformTier 1/1.5 incident management, MIM calls, service requests, and routine changes (desktop pool management, application publishing).
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and vendors to troubleshoot issues and maintain system documentation.
• SupportFlashstack HWandWyse Thin Client devices, including basic Windows Server*administration.

Requirements:

• 4-6 years of IT experience, including3+ years in infrastructure/Citrix/virtualization.
• Expertise inCitrix XenDesktop/XenApp,NetScalers,VDI deployments, andVMware vSphere.
• Basic knowledge ofActive Directory,Windows Server*, and networking concepts (DHCP, DNS, IP, VLANs).
• Ability to worknight shifts(if required) and fluency inEnglish(oral/written).

Desired

• Scripting skills (PowerShell) for automation.
• Experience troubleshootingVMware ESXienvironments.
• Familiarity withwireless/wired networking technologiesandVDI deployment best practices.

Languages:

• Advanced Oral English.
