We are seeking aCreative Designerwith strong expertise inPowerPoint design and marketing content creation. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for visual storytelling, the ability to create compelling presentations, and experience in designing marketing materials that drive engagement.

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and configure ServiceNow applications, focusing onITSM modules (Incident, Problem, Asset, Configuration, Service Catalog Management).
• Integrate ServiceNow with external systemsusingREST/SOAP,SSO-SAML, andweb technologies (XML, AJAX, HTTP).
• Develop and debug scripts(Business Rules, ACLs, Scripted Web Services) andUI components(AngularJS/Jelly, UI Pages, CSS).
• Collaborate on ITIL-aligned workflows and system optimizations.
• Manage database/instance connections,Transformation Maps, andSchedulers.

Requirements:

• 5+ years ofServiceNow development experience(Mid-Senior level).
• Certified ServiceNow AdministratorandCertified ServiceNow Developer.
• Proficiency inJavaScript, AngularJS (Jelly), SQL, HTML, CSS, and database integration.
• Expertise inITIL processes(Incident, Problem, Asset, Configuration Management).
• Hands-on experience withTCP/IP networking, firewalls, protocols, and web service integrations (REST/SOAP).
• Strong skills inACL debugging, Scripted Web Services, and ServiceNow architecture (UI Pages, Content Pages).

Desired

• Experience withSSO-SAML setupandITSM-to-application integrations.
• Knowledge ofTransformation Maps, Schedulers, and cross-instance/database connectivity.
