We are currently searching for a Technology Manager - Banking Sector:

Responsibilities

• Support the IT Director in administrative terms and various reporting, managing assigned activities within the department and coordinating with other managers to ensure timely compliance.
• Support production and environment management along with providers, ensuring application availability in development, pre-production, and production environments.
• Manage projects through their entire lifecycle, assisting in requirement definition from various bank departments and analyzing and designing technological solutions.
• Coordinate with the IT Director to manage and oversee relationships with IT providers, including contract management and incident response.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Proven experience in managing IT environments and supporting production within a banking or financial services setting.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, interface with internal departments, and coordinate with external providers effectively.
• Strong understanding of regulatory requirements and compliance, particularly those related to the banking sector.
• Knowledge of database management (Oracle), programming languages (Java, VB.Net), and AppServer (WAS).

• Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the capacity to work under pressure and handle emergency situations.
