JOB PURPOSE:

The GPS Monitoring Specialist will be responsible for overseeing the tracking and management of vehicles
equipped with GPS devices. This role will involve monitoring real-time data, ensuring the accuracy of the GPS tracking
system, and providing timely reports on vehicle status and location. The specialist will also liaise with other
departments, such as operations and asset management, to ensure smooth coordination and effective utilization of GPS
data for decision-making.


REQUIRED SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:

Education: Associate's degree or above. In logistics, operations management, or a related field preferred.
Experience: Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in GPS monitoring, fleet management, or a related field.
Technical Skills: Familiarity with GPS tracking systems, software, and technology; proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and data analysis tools.
Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to explain technical issues to non-technicalstakeholders.
Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
Attention to Detail: Ability to work with high levels of accuracy and attention to detail, especially when dealing withreal-time data.
Teamwork: Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and interact effectively with colleagues and customers.
Fluent in English proficiency is a plus
