FOREIGN AUTOMOTIVE CREDIT COMPANY IS HIRING
BILINGUAL COLLECTION AGENCY MANAGER
ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor's Degree in Law, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3 years of experience as a Collection Agency Manager in the automotive sector or in automotive credit institutions.
- Management, control, and direct supervision of external collection agencies or offices.
- Solid experience in portfolio recovery processes and industry regulations.
- Proficiency in English, both spoken and written, is essential, as this person will report directly to foreign managers.
- Negotiation, communication, situation resolution, area management, and staff supervision skills are essential.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM for collections.
