EARLY COLLECTION COORDINATOR

ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor's degree in Law, Administration, or similar
• 5 years' experience in the area of ​​collections in the automotive sector or in automotive credit companies.
• Mastery of English is essential, both spoken and written, since the person reports directly to foreign managers.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
• Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools.
• Familiarity with de collections software and CRM systems.
• Knowledge of revelant regulations and compliance standards.
