Objectives The duties for the Support Specialist include direct contact with agents and clients by chat and ticketing. Responsibilities include meeting support needs of our agent force and client base, across all insurance technology platforms.

Objectives The Admin Contracting Assistant is responsible for performing data entry work using a computer and appropriate software; entering, updating, researching, verifying and/or retrieving data into/from various systems; and ensuring the accuracy and confidentiality of information recorded.

Essential Functions

· Enters, updates and verifies data into various systems for use by all personnel.
· Reviews and verifies data entered into SFG’s database to ensure accuracy.
· Tracks contracts and other documents received and completion dates.
· Aids technical staff to resolve computer and software problems.
· Runs and distributes reports.
· Sends contracts and confirms contracts for assigned carriers.
· Maintains contract information for the carriers if they handle a carrier.
· Assists the team when needed.

Position Type and Expected Hours of Work This is a full-time position. Days and hours of work are Monday through Friday, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.

Required Education and Experience

· High school diploma or G.E.D. certificate, Associate degree preferred.
· Alpha and numeric data entry skills.
· Data entry experience preferred.
