In solvo We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Intake Specialist to join our team. This role involves managing the intake process for clients, handlinginbound calls, and ensuring excellent customer service throughout each interaction. As the first point of contact, you will schedule appointments, provide interpretation of calls, and reroute inquiries to paralegals as needed. Your ability to offer clear communication, patience, and empathy will be essential in delivering outstanding service to our clients.
Candidates must be highly detail oriented, organized and have great multitasking skills. - Must be tech savvy in general for using Microsoft Suite and have basic PDF editor skills but will be trained on Smart Advocate as their case management software. - There are no experience or professional requirements, however, customer service experience or a hospitality industry background would be a plus. - Candidates will mainly be chosen based on attitude, personality, a good work ethic, honesty and dedication. - Will be supporting around 22 attorneys. - Please conduct employer reference checks on the candidates
