Job Title: Recruiter

Position Overview: Join our team as an Industrial Recruiter to manage candidate sourcing, web responses, and profiles in Bullhorn ATS. Focus on engaging candidates for industrial and manufacturing roles.

Key Responsibilities:

• First point of contact for candidates

• Review and respond to applications

• Build and update profiles in Bullhorn

• Communicate candidate qualifications to U.S. client managers

• Maintain candidate records and manage workflows

• Support the recruitment process for industrial roles

Qualifications:

• Self-motivated with strong English communication skills

• Patience and interpersonal skills

• Experience with Bullhorn or similar ATS is a plus

• Industrial and manufacturing recruitment experience preferred

• Strong customer service experience
