*It is ESSENTIAL to have experience as a recruiter in the fintech industry.

*Have a secure level of English, spoken and written;

*He is a person who is not afraid of challenges.

*Can remain calm under stress and have dedication towards the company's objectives;

*Sales experience is a big plus.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES WILL BE:

* Take care of the complete human resources cycle;

* Manage the hiring process from start to finish on our internal projects;

* Attract candidates by using different channels: post job ads on various job platforms, use social networks, and find new ways to hire;

* Conducting telephone and face-to-face interviews with potential candidates;

* Collaborate with all team members and be able to prioritize tasks.

Benefits:

*Salary: $15,000-$18,000 + bonus

*Monday to Friday 10:00 am - 7:00 pm
