We are a friendly and diverse group of individuals located in Mexico and Brazil with varying levels of experience in the reinsurance industry.We support Client Underwriting and Underwriting Property, Casualty and Special Lines teams Mexico, Central America and Caribbean in delivering on their core mandates.We are part of a global team called Reinsurance Business Operations, and we work closely with our colleagues all over the world.+
About the role
You will be responsible for setting clear priorities, managing the team, including goal setting and performance reviews, approving time sheet and vacations, providing guidance and leadership to your team and handle various other managerial topics as required.

You have outstanding interpersonal skills, allowing you to easily identify clients' needs and make sure they are met, while simultaneously enhancing the team spirit, effective collaboration, smooth exchange of ideas and opinions and moving towards common goals.
