The Technology & Data Solutions (TDS) business unit is the Syneos Health accelerator for life sciences innovation. TDS houses our advanced technology acquisitions, homegrown products & applications, actively participates in new M&A and partnership activities, delivers critical insights as part of our integrated strategy for customers and drives enterprise-wide adoption and change management for innovative tech & data solutions. Our work supports getting meaningful new medicines to patients faster, with greater positive impact.The Principal Apex Developer I supports the goals of the business by coding, designing, application management, troubleshooting, monitoring updates and providing end user support.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

· Implement solutions using appropriate technologies ( i.e. APIs, WorkFlows , Lists and Business Intelligence)

· Create software LLD (Low Level Design) which documents design in details

· Develop application code according to the agreed functional design, technical design, methodologies and standards

· Review and validate solution design and ensure it covers all the technical aspects

· May also handle some project management tasks on the journey to building a new application.

· Adhere and ensure to follow the organization SDLC

· Evaluate and validate solution interfaces, integration points and dependencies

Qualifications

QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS

· Bachelor’s Degree in a related field such as Computer Science or Statistics.

· Technical experience in relevant fields (e.g., Apex, Python, R, AppBuilder)

· Deep understanding of core programming principles, including design

· Experience enhancing existing systems and integrating with newly developed software

· Proficiency with project tracking software, such as Jira

· Experience working as part of a development team
