About the Position:

We are looking for a Sales Account Supervisor - Electronic Systems to join the Electronic Systems North America

Sales team, reporting directly to the Sales Manager North America.

This position is based at our office in Aguascalientes, Mexico.

As the Sales Account Supervisor at Marelli, you will be responsible for managing client relationships and ensuring

that sales targets are consistently met. This role involves strategic planning, performance management, and

effective communication across various departments to maximize customer satisfaction and revenue growth.

Your Responsibilities will be:

Client Relationship Management:

Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.

Address client inquiries and resolve issues promptly.

Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell Electronic Systems products.

Sales Strategy and Execution:

Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company targets.

Monitor market trends and adjust strategies accordingly.

Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to align sales initiatives.

Reporting and Analysis:

Prepare detailed sales forecasts and performance reports.

Analyze sales data to identify areas for improvement.

Provide insights and recommendations to senior management.

Operational Coordination:

Ensure smooth coordination with supply chain and logistics teams.

Oversee the execution of orders and delivery schedules.

What Qualifications you will bring:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.

Proven experience in sales or account management, within electronics and automotive industry.

More than 5 years of experience in sales.

Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Sueldo + PSL

mparto las prestaciones:

  • Aguinaldo 24 días
  • Vales de despensa: $3,160 mensual
  • Fondo de Ahorro 13% con tope legal
  • Prima vacacional: 50% sube 10% cada año hasta llegar a 100%
  • Bono anual por resultados 5% de salario anualizado (en base a resultados de la compañía y evaluación de desempeño)
  • En caso de ser foráneo, 1 mes de salario como bono de relocalización
