Bachelor's degree.
* Minimum of 3 years of related Purchasing experience.
* Advanced English.
* Strong organizational skills, attention to detail.
* Own and execute the Material Transfer Process.
* communicate with facilities, suppliers, and carriers to resolve issues such as under orders, over orders and damaged goods.
* Interact with suppliers daily
* Review inventories and order as required.
* Track the status of all orders.
* Demonstrated problem-solving skills and experience administering and improving functional processes.
* Negotiation experience/basic knowledge of financial concepts.
* Ability to communicate well with all levels of the organization and with Suppliers.
* Proficiency in the use of MS Office software at an intermediate level.
* Automated Enterprise Resource Planning systems is required experience (ERP).
