As a People and Culture Trainee at Leschaco, you will gain hands-on experience in the field of human resources and organizational development.

This Trainee is designed to provide you with exposure to various aspects of HR and the opportunity to contribute to the development and enhancement of our workplace culture.

You will work closely with our HR team to support our employees and contribute to the overall success of our organization. Your duties will include:

Key Responsibilities:

Talent Acquisition:
Assist with job posting creation and distribution on various job boards and platforms.
Screen resumes and support initial candidate evaluations.
Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and interview panels.
Assist in the onboarding process for new hires.

Employee Engagement:
Participate in the planning and execution of employee engagement initiatives and events.
Help gather and analyze employee feedback through surveys and one-on-one interactions.
Contribute to the development of strategies to improve employee morale and satisfaction.

Performance and Development:
Support yearly performance processes through our system.

Diversity and Inclusion:
Participate in diversity and inclusion initiatives and programs.
Collaborate on projects related to creating an inclusive workplace.
Research and share best practices in diversity and inclusion.

Your Profile:

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's degree program in: Industrial Engineering, Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• High level of attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Passion for learning and an interest in the field of human resources.
• Proactive attitude and a willingness to take on new challenges.
