Answer phones to respond to general customer inquiries, invoice questions, payment information, customer change requests and customer complaints. Identify critical information and issues' causes in order to use it to get the best possible solution.

Monday-Saturday 2 days off 48 hrs, Shifts to choose from: 4am to 1pm, 5am to 2pm, 6am to 4pm, 7am to 5pm, 8am to 6pm
