Due to continued growth, Trusteer Financial is expanding our team and is seeking a full-time Administrative Assistant with a lot of room for growth and interest in expanding their technical skills. This role is HYBRID in the office (CDMX) and remote.

We are looking for a responsible Administrative Assistant to perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks. Duties of the Administrative Assistant include providing support to our managers and employees, assisting in daily office needs, and managing our company’s general administrative activities.

As an Administrative Assistant, you will...

  1. Schedule appointments and maintain calendars.
  2. Assist in data entry and maintenance of records within our internal databases.
  3. Prepare communications, such as memos, emails, invoices, reports, and other correspondence.
  4. Write and edit documents from letters to reports and instructional documents.
  5. Act as the point of contact for internal and external clients.
  6. Liaise with executive and senior administrative assistants to handle requests and queries.

Here’s what you need...

  1. Bachelor’s Degree.
  2. 1-2 years of related work experience.
  3. Strong proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  4. Excellent oral and written communication skills in English to convey information and ideas clearly.
  5. Ability to display a consistent, professional degree of communication, particularly with clients.
  6. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects with minimal supervision.
  7. Demonstrates a high degree of integrity and confidentiality.
  8. Comfortable using different and new software and technology platforms.
