1. As a Recruiter Retail, you will be responsible for recruiting top-tier talent for retail operations, including roles such as Store Managers, Operations Managers, and other retail-specific positions. Candidates should have a strong understanding of the retail environment, ideally with experience from companies like OXXO or Cervecería, and be able to find professionals who are nimble and capable of thriving in a fast-growth environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Source and recruit retail professionals for roles in operations, store management, and logistics.
Build a strong pipeline of candidates with a background in retail, particularly from OXXO, Cervecería, or similar fast-paced retail environments.
Conduct high-volume recruitment sprints, filling 20 to 30 vacancies while ensuring a cultural fit with Rappi’s dynamic, growth-focused environment.
Work closely with hiring managers to identify role requirements and create effective recruitment strategies.
Be a problem solver who is proactive, asks questions, and can adapt to our startup culture.
Attend office once a week in Polanco-Reforma area.
Requirements:
Previous experience in recruiting for retail roles, particularly in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
Familiarity with the retail industry, preferably with experience from companies like OXXO, Cervecería, or similar.
Ability to manage multiple roles and priorities in a dynamic setting.
Startup experience and a proactive, driven mindset.
Fluent in English (C1 level) and Spanish.
Living in CDMX or surrounding areas for occasional office visits.
2. As a Recruiter Comercial, you will play a key role in sourcing and hiring talent for high-paced, high-volume commercial roles. You'll be responsible for filling 20 to 30 sales and business development positions during recruitment sprints, ensuring that we bring in proactive, results-driven professionals who align with our fast-moving culture.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead recruitment sprints for commercial roles, including Sales Executives, Business Development Managers, and Account Managers.
Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of candidates that match our energetic and innovative culture.
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing to onboarding, ensuring a smooth candidate experience.
Work closely with hiring managers to understand talent needs and craft specific recruitment strategies.
Attend office once a week in Polanco-Reforma area.
Requirements:
Proven experience in recruiting for commercial roles, ideally in a fast-paced environment.
Experience managing high-volume recruitment, handling 20 to 30 vacancies simultaneously.
Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to assess cultural fit and technical qualifications.
Self-starter attitude, with the ability to adapt to the dynamic and rapidly evolving startup culture.
Experience working in startups or fast-growing companies is a must.
Fluent in English (C1 level) and Spanish.
Living in CDMX or surrounding areas for occasional office visits.
