Position: Engineer (Project Management)

Assignment

Support the Head of Turnkey Project - Tren Maya.

Responsibilities

1. Support the turnkey project manager - Tren Maya in the presentation of monitoring the implementation of continuous improvement actions for the business unit;
2. Support the Tren Maya turnkey project manager in missions specific one-offs (monitoring resolution of organizational and technical issues, preparation proactively with agendas, deadlines, support for presentations and ad hoc support for delivery and submission teams);
3. Definition and implementation of turnkey documentation archiving tools (Submission, projects, REX);
4. Support the business development department.

Training

Engineering degree or equivalent.

Experience & Technical Knowledge

Knowledge of project management and turnkey infrastructure (asset).

Technical and Behavioral Skills

1. Fluent in French, Spanish, and English;
2. Knowledge of the railway environment and its rules of the art;
3. Interest in solving technical problems;
4. Sense of organization; interest in the implementation of efficient management tools;
5. Fluency in MS Excel;
6. Good coordination and collaboration;
7. Application of Alstom discipline and processes;
8. Use of performance indicators;
9. Use of experience and techniques acquired from the industry;
10. Enthusiasm and creator of enthusiasm, responsible, interested, curious, voluntary & dynamic;
11. Teamwork in an international context, with partners on different sites (India, France, Spain, Brazil…);
12. Promotes open dialogue and listening.
