Business Steering Crop Protection

Your task and responsibilities:

• Lead the financial planning of the CP business in MEX & Focal Point for Unit 2 in close cooperation with Business Steering Consolidation, Sales, Product Supply, Customer Marketing, Accounting and regional stakeholders.
• Lead the financial analysis and reporting for CP Mexico P&L for actuals, forecast, estimation, budget/plan detailing, as well as SBP (Strategic Business Planning).
• Balance the opportunities and risks in Crop Protection Mexico.
• Provide support on financial analysis to main stakeholders in MEX aggregating value for decision process.
• Drive innovation and digital solutions to increase speed and efficiency.
• Lead the market funding activities in all the Crop Protection Business, assuring the correct balances of the commercial programs in Mexico.
• Foster important Bayer competencies with focus on Collaboration, Trust, Innovation and Customer Focus.

Who you are:

• Higher education in Administration, Finance, or Accounting.
• English (strong oral and writing).
• Proficient in MS Office applications; SAP and D1 knowledge is desirable.
• Min. 3 years experience in financial analysis.
• Experience working in multifunctional teams.
• Strong analytical skills and problem solving.
• Strong communication skills.
