CellMark is an international marketing company, with expertise in the pulp and paper industry.CellMark operates in over 65 offices in 30 countries, with Novato being its regional headquarters.

As a Customer Service Representative, you will provide administrative support to our Global Sales and Customer Service Team.

Responsibilities would include, but are not limited to:

• Managing order files and communications via phone and e-mail with supply chain partners, facilitating the production and delivery of products to global markets.
• Handling inquiries from traders, customers, and suppliers.
• Order processing.
• Coordinating documentation/invoicing and logistics.
• Troubleshoot problems encountered during the various stages of the supply chain.

Requirements:

• Valid American Visa (to get coaching in USA)
• Really Fluent in English (you will be working only with American people and it will be several English interviews in the process)

Knowledge Required:

• Bachelor’s degree or experience; Customer service / Imports / logistics / supply chain.
• Strong computer skills (MS Office, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Skill Requirements:

• Highly organized and responsible with impeccable attention to detail
• Strong written and verbal communication, analytical and time management skills
• Enthusiastic self-starter, who can work independently but also thrive in a team environment
• Passion for providing excellent service
• Problem / solution oriented
• Results driven
• Multi-lingual (Spanish) would be an asset

WE OFFER:

• Range gross salary from $ 20,000 to 25,000 per month according to experience and skills.

• Fulltime job, from 7:30 am to 5 pm. (100% on site job).
