Requirements:
- Location: Must reside in Mexico. If living in Naucalpan, the position is on-site; otherwise, remote work is available.
- Languages: Bilingual (Spanish and English).
- Experience: Minimum of 4 years in market expansion across LATAM and the USA, with knowledge of IT profiles and staffing management.
Technical Skills:
- Proven experience in business development and sales within the IT sector.
- Strong negotiation skills and client relationship management.
- Expertise in account management and handling specialized IT personnel.
- Ability to identify and generate new business opportunities.
- Knowledge of the IT market in LATAM and the USA.

- Identify and develop new business opportunities in LATAM and USA markets.

- Participate in contract negotiations and service terms with clients.
- Monitor and analyze market trends to adjust business strategies.

We offer base salary plus commission scheme. Salary can be negotiated according to experience
