Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with 18 to 21 years of experience in managing complex projects. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Psft - Project Portfolio Management and a strong background in Finance & Accounting. This role involves overseeing project execution ensuring alignment with business goals and driving successful project outcomes.

Responsibilities

1. Lead the planning and implementation of projects ensuring alignment with business objectives.
2. Oversee project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure successful project delivery.
3. Provide strategic direction and guidance to project teams fostering a collaborative environment.
4. Monitor project progress and performance implementing corrective actions as needed.
5. Coordinate with stakeholders to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
6. Develop detailed project plans including schedules, milestones, and risk management strategies.
7. Ensure compliance with industry standards and company policies throughout the project lifecycle.
8. Facilitate effective communication among project team members, stakeholders, and senior management.
9. Conduct regular project status meetings and provide updates to stakeholders.
10. Identify and manage project risks developing mitigation plans to address potential issues.
11. Utilize Psft Project Portfolio Management tools to track project performance and generate reports.
12. Analyze financial data to ensure project budgets are adhered to and financial goals are met.
13. Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance project management processes and methodologies.

Qualifications

1. Possess a strong background in Finance & Accounting with the ability to analyze financial data.
2. Demonstrate expertise in Psft Project Portfolio Management with hands-on experience in project tracking and reporting.
3. Exhibit excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to lead and motivate teams.
4. Showcase strong problem-solving abilities with a proactive approach to identifying and addressing issues.
5. Have a proven track record of successfully managing complex projects within budget and on schedule.
6. Display a high level of organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
