Job Title:Virtual Assistant
Location:Hybrid (Remote and on-site a few days a week) in Hermosillo, Sonora, México.
Position Type:Full-time (9 am to 5 pm)
Overview:
The Virtual Assistant will manage email responses, scheduling, reminders, and information filtering to streamline daily operations. Key tasks include maintaining the calendar, prioritizing communications, and handling introductions professionally. This role requires a proactive and organized individual skilled in multitasking within a virtual setting.
Key Responsibilities:
Write and respond to emails and text messages, ensuring efficient communication.
Manage and organize the calendar, scheduling meetings and appointments.
Set reminders for tasks, deadlines, and important events.
Filter, prioritize, and organize incoming information for quick access.
Facilitate introductions and maintain professional correspondence.
Coordinate with other team members as needed for seamless collaboration
Requirements:
Excellent English level (C2 minimum).
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in scheduling and productivity tools (e.g., Google Calendar, task management apps).
Proactive, reliable, and able to work independently in a remote setting.
Strong organizational skills with a keen eye for detail.
