Job Summary:
Be part of our team as a Customer Support Specialist, ensuring excellent service to our English and Spanish-speaking clients from our offices in Guadalajara.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries and provide solutions in English and Spanish.
- Document and record all interactions accurately in internal systems.
- Offer clear explanations of products and services to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Solve basic technical issues and collaborate with other teams for complex cases.
- Meet company quality standards in every interaction.
Requirements:
- Fluent in conversational/advanced English and Spanish.
- Availability to attend training:
- Morning shift (8:00 AM to 2:40 PM).
- Evening shift (3:00 PM to 9:40 PM).
- Flexibility to work rotating shifts and weekends.
