Typical qualifications for Project Managers and Senior Project Managers:

• 5+ years of professional work experience, including at least 2 years in management consulting or similar client advisory work (Mandatory Qualification)
• Experience managing and coaching teams
• A passion for driving social impact and equity
• Strong analytical abilities, both quantitative and qualitative
• Experience with stakeholder and client management in complicated settings
• Ability to present information in an insightful and structured manner, both written and oral
• Ability to work with and lead a team in an entrepreneurial atmosphere
• Experience living and working in different communities
• Demonstrated fluency in Spanish and English

• Lead project teams in disaggregating problems and providing solutions
• Develop innovative strategies for our clients
• Manage work streams and provide direction
• Coach, manage, and support junior team members
• Oversee the quality of client deliverables
