Job Opening: Customer Service Phone Representative (Home Office)

We are looking for Customer Service Phone Representatives to handle inbound calls. If you have full-time availability and are willing to work rotating shifts from home, this opportunity is for you!

Requirements:

• Age: 18 years and older.
• Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
• Language: English level B2.
• Experience: Sales experience is desirable but not essential.
• Availability: Full-time.
• Internet Speed: Minimum 20 MB.

Job Details:

• Mode: 100% Home Office.
• Availability: Full-time, 48 hours per week in rotating shifts. Schedules are provided 15 days in advance.
• Service Window: From 6:00 AM to 12:00 AM, Monday to Sunday, with one day off.
• Training: Monday to Saturday, from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
